Vorschrift

A solution of 4,6-dichloro-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)methyl-2H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine-5-carboxylic acid ethyl ester (1.21 g) in EtOH/THF was saturated with NH3. Then solution was then stirred for 12 days (the solution was resaturated several times during that time). The solvent was removed and the residue was dissolved in EtOAc (250 mL). The solution was washed with aqueous NaCHCO3 and dried. Removal of the solvent gave the product (1 g) as a white solid. LC: 3.84 (Gradient 1); MH+: 347.
