The compound was synthesized starting from 5-aminobenzimidazole (0.457 g, 3.44 mmol), 2-fluoro-4-(trifluoromethyl)benzaldehyde (0.600 g, 3.13 mmol), TMSCN (0.39 mL, 3.13 mmol), PdC (10%, 0.02 g), TEA (0.455 mL, 3.26 mmol), di-(imidazol-1-yl)methanone (0.529, 3.26 mmol) as described in method 2.
