Vorschrift

The title compound was prepared from 8-(2,5-dimethoxy-phenylsulfanyl)-9H-purin-6-ylamine and 1-(2-bromo-ethyl)-3-nitro-benzene by a procedure similar to examples 1 and 2. The compound was purified by preparative HPLC. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 8.28 (s, 1H), 7.96 (dd, J=8.0, 1.3 Hz, 1H), 7.53-7.42 (m, 2H), 7.07-7.03 (m, 1H), 7.00 (d, J=9.0 Hz, 1H), 6.87 (dd, J=3.1, 9.0 Hz, 1H), 6.53 (d, J=2.8 Hz, 1H), 4.60 (t, J=6.9 Hz, 2H), 3.71 (s, 3H), 3.62 (s, 3H), 3.33 (t, J=6.9 Hz, 2H); LC-MS [M+H]+ 453.13.
