Vorschrift

To a solution of the the product from Step E (954 mg, 2.23 mmol) in 7 mL of methanol and 7 mL of DMSO was added triethylamine (1.56 mL, 11.2 mmol), Pd(OAc)2 (25.1 mg, 0.11 mmol), and 1,3-bis-(diphenylphosphine)propane (46 mg, 0.11 mmol). The reaction was heated at 50° C. under an atmosphere of carbon monoxide for 3 hours, and cooled to room temperature. The solution was poured into water and extracted with 3× dichloromethane. The combined organic extracts were dried over Na2SO4, filtered, and concentrated in vacuo to give the product which was used without further purification.
