4-({[2-(6-Chloro-benzothiazol-2-ylamino)-1-(2-methoxy-ethyl)-1H-benzoimidazole-5-carbonyl]-amino}methyl)-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (160 mg) was prepared by following General Procedure F starting from 2-(6-Chloro-benzothiazol-2-ylamino)-1-(2-methoxy-ethyl)-1H-benzoimidazole-5-carboxylic acid (180 mg), 4-aminomethyl-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (150 mg), HBTU (200 mg), and DIEA (1.2 mL) in DMF (2 mL).
