The title compound can be prepared from potassium acetate and 8-(4-bromobutoxy)-4-(3,5-dichloropyridin-4-ylamino)-7-methoxy-2H-chromen-2-one (Example 25) following the procedure outlined in Example 52. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CD3OD): δ 8.70 (s, 2H), 7.84 (d, 1H), 7.16 (d, 1H), 4.77 (s, 1H), 4.16 (t, 2H), 4.11 (t, 2H), 3.98 (s, 3H), 2.02 (s, 3H), 1.91 (m, 2H), 1.84 (m, 2H); MS (ESI): 466.9.
