The title compound was prepared from potassium cyanide and 8-(5-bromopentyloxy)-4-(3,5-dichloropyridin-4-ylamino)-7-methoxy-2H-chromen-2-one (Example 28) following the procedure outlined in Example 52. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 9.51 (s, 1H), 8.81 (s, 2H), 7.94 (d, 1H), 7.20 (d, 1H), 4.64 (s, 1H), 3.98 (t, 2H), 3.92 (s, 3H), 2.51 (t, 2H), 1.75-1.55 (m, 6H); MS (ESI): 447.9.
