Vorschrift

Di-tert-butyl [(3R,6S)-6-(2,3-difluorophenyl)-7-(hydroxymethyl)-2-oxoazepan-3-yl]imidodicarbonate (100 mg, 0.213 mmol) was diluted DCM (30 mL) and TFA (8 mL) was added. After 2 h, the reaction was concentrated to give the title compound as its TFA salt (57 mg). MS 271.0 (M+1).
