Vorschrift

Palladium acetate (1 mg, 0.003 mmol) was added to a solution of benzyl (3R)-6-bromo-2-oxo-2,3,4,7-tetrahydro-1H-azepin-3-ylcarbamate (18 mg, 0.053 mmol), 4-hydroxyphenylboronic acid (9 mg, 0.064 mmol), sodium carbonate (2M in water; 0.066 mL, 0.133 mmol) and trisodium 3-[bis(3-sulfonatophenyl)phosphino]benzenesulfonate (5 mg, 0.088 mmol) in N,N-dimethylformamide (0.45 mL) and water (0.15 mL) and heated to 80° C. After 1.5 h, the mixture was allowed to cool to ambient temperature and filtered. Purification by reverse phase HPLC (C-18, 95% water/acetonitrile→5% water/acetonitrile with 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid) gave the title compound (15 mg). MS 353 (M+1).
