The title compound was prepared according to the general procedure for the synthesis of N-Aryl-benzenesulfonamides previously described using 116 mg of (2-Amino-5-chloro-phenyl)-phenyl-methanone and 131 mg of 3-(4-chlorosulfonyl-phenyl)propionic acid methyl ester. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): δ 2.50 (t, 2H, J=8.0 Hz), 2.83 (t, 2H, J=8.0 Hz), 3.64 (s, 3H), 7.08 (d, 2H, J=8.8 Hz), 7.33 (d, 1H, J=2.8 Hz), 7.36-7.42 (m, 4H), 7.47 (dd, 1H, J=8.8 Hz, 2.8 Hz), 7.58 (m, 3H), 7.75 (d, 1H, J=8.8 Hz), 9.78 (s, 1H). MS: m/z 458.9 (M++1).
