The title compound was prepared according to Example 384 substituting 2-(3,4-difluorophenyl)-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-5-[4-(methylsulfonyl)phenyl]-3(2H)-pyridazinone (Example 182) in place of 2-benzyl-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-5-[4-(methylsulfonyl)phenyl]-3(2H)-pyridazinone (yield: 950 mg, 54%). mp 177-181° C. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 7.15 (t, 2H), 7.29 (m, 2H), 7.43 (s, 1H), 7.45 (bs, 2H), 7.59 (m, 2H), 7.76 (d, J=9 Hz, 2H), 7.85 (m, 1H), 8.27 (s, 1H). MS (DCI/NH3) m/z 458 (M+H)+, 475 (M+NH4)+. Anal. calc. for C22H14F3N3O3S: C, 57.77; H, 3.08; N, 9.19. Found, C, 57.22; H, 3.28; N, 8.99.
