Vorschrift

The title compound was prepared according to the method of Example 384, substituting 2-(4-fluorophenyl)-4-(3-methylbutyl)-5-[4-(methylsulfonyl)phenyl]-3(2H)-pyridazinone (Example 378) in place of 2-benzyl-4-(4-fluorophenyl)-5-[4-(methylsulfonyl)phenyl]-3(2H)-pyridazinone (0.090 g 21%). mp 180-183° C. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO d6) δ 0.78 (d, J=6 Hz, 6H), 1.49 (m, 5H), 7.36 (m, 2H), 7.53 (m, 2H), 7.62-7.73 (m, 4H), 7.98 (m, 3H). MS (DCI/NH3) m/z 416 (M+H)+, 433 (M+NH4)+. Anal. calc. for C21H22FN3O3S: C, 60.71; H, 5.34; N, 10.11. Found: C, 60.37, H, 5.36, N, 9.84.
