Vorschrift

More specifically, dl-α-tocopherol is reacted with a reactive derivative of nicotinic acid such as nicotinic anhydride or nicotinic chloride in the presence of a hydrochloride and pyridine, and the resulting reaction product is post-treated and purified by column chromatography, whereby pure dl-α-tocopheryl nicotinate is obtained.
