Preparation of 2-(4-bromo-2-fluorophenylamino)-1-methyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridine-3-carboxylic acid (2-vinyloxyethoxy)-amide: 2-(4-Bromo-2-fluorophenylamino)-1-methyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridine-3-carboxylic acid (0.020 g, 0.059 mmol) was coupled as described previously in Example 154 using O-(2-vinyloxy-ethyl)-hydroxylamine to yield 0.015 g (60%) pure desired product as a yellow solid.
