Vorschrift

A solution of 60 mg (0.139 mmol) of 3-[2-methyl-5-(2,2,2-trifluoro-1-hydroxy-1-trifluoromethyl-ethyl)-indol-1-ylmethyl]-benzoic acid (example 31) in 1 mL of THF was treated with 31 mg (0.417 mmol) of dimethylamine hydrochloride, 0.09 mL (0.834 mmol) of N-methylmorpholine, 3.7 mg (0.028 mmol) of HOBT, and 37 mg (0.195 mmol) of EDCl. The mixture was stirred for 10 hrs at RT and the solvent evaporated. Column chromatography on silica gel with n-heptane/EtOAc 4:1 to 1:1 yielded 39 mg (60%) of N,N-dimethyl-3-[2-methyl-5-(2,2,2-trifluoro-1-hydroxy-1-trifluoromethyl-ethyl)-indol-1-ylmethyl]-benzamide, colorless solid, MS: 459 (MH+).
