Intermediate 50 was coupled with 4-(2-Amino-ethyl)-2-methoxy-phenol following procedure F. LC-MS showed the product had the expected M+H+ of 380. 1H NMR (Varian 300 MHz, DMSO-d6, shifts relative to the solvent peak at 2.49 ppm) δ 8.0 (d, 1H), 7.1-7.0 (m, 4H) 6.8 (s, 1H), δ 6.7-6.6 (m, 3H), δ 4.0 (t, 2H), δ 3.7 (s, 3H), 3.5 (t, 2H), δ 2.7 (t, 2H), δ 1.8-1.7 (m, 2H), 0.9 (t, 3H).
