Intermediate 7 was coupled with 5-(2-Amino-ethyl)-2-methoxy-phenol following procedure F and the resulting product deprotected following procedure G. LC-MS showed the product had the expected M+H+ of 420. 1H NMR (Varian 300 MHz, CD3OD, shifts relative to the solvent peak at 3.3 ppm) δ 8.3 (d, 1H) 7.0-7.6 (m, 8H) 4.95 (m, 1H) 3.89 (m, 1H) 3.7 (m, 1H) 3.4 (m, 2H) 2.9-3.3 (m, 5H) 2.2-2.3 (m, 2H) 1.95 (m, 2H) 1.6-1.8 (m, 2H).
