2-(4-(Cyclopentyloxy)phenethyl)-8-methylbenzo[f][1,7]naphthyridin-5-amine was prepared from 4-(2-(5-amino-8-methylbenzo[f][1,7]naphthyridin-2-yl)ethyl)phenol (from Example 170) following the procedure described for Example 136, but using bromocyclopentane. 1H NMR (Acetone-d6): δ 8.75 (d, 2H), 8.30 (d, 1H), 7.45 (s, 1H), 7.20 (d, 1H), 7.14 (d, 2H), 6.79 (d, 2H), 4.73-4.81 (m, 1H), 3.22 (t, 2H), 3.05 (t, 2H), 2.47 (s, 3H), 1.85-1.96 (m, 2H), 1.70-1.79 (m, 4H), 1.56-1.64 (m, 2H).
