Vorschrift

To a solution of tert-Butyl [(3S,5S,6R)-6-methyl-5-phenyl-2-thioxopiperidin-3-yl]carbamate (100 mg, 0.31 mmol) in methanol (3.1 mL) was added hydrazine hydrate (55%, 833 μL, 9.36 mmol). The mixture was stirred 75 min, and then concentrated. Saturated aqueous sodium bicarbonate was added, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate (×3). The combined organic extracts were washed with brine, dried over magnesium sulfate, filtered and concentrated to give the crude title compound. MS 319.4 (M+1).
