Except for using the compound prepared in Example 103 in place of the compound prepared in Example 2 and 1-ethenyl-4-{[4-(phenyloxy)butyl]oxy}benzene in place of 4-vinylphenyl acetate, the same operation as in Example 3→Example 6 was conducted to obtain the titled compound having the following physical properties.
