Vorschrift

tert-Butyl [(1R,3S)-3-isopropyl-3-({4-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]piperazin-1-yl}carbonyl)cyclopentyl]carbamate (82 mg, 0.18 mmol) was treated with trifluoroacetic acid (3 mL) in methylene chloride (3 mL) for 1 h at room temperature. The mixture was concentrated and used for next step without purification. MS calculated for C20H28F3N3O: (M+H) 383; found 383.2.
