Vorschrift

The title compound was prepared from 0.50 g of 6-(3-methoxy-phenyl)-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine-2,7-diamine from Example 102 and 0.23 mL tert-butyl isocyanate according to Example 2. The product was purified by medium pressure liquid chromatography eluting with a gradient of CHCl3 :EtOAc (2:1) to CHCl3 :EtOAc (1:1) to EtOAc; mp 275°-280° C.; MS(CI).
