Following the procedure of Example 21, 1.0 g of 7-amino-6-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)-2-(3-dimethylamino-2,2-dimethyl-propylamino)-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine from Example 29 was reacted with 0.26 g of t-butyl isocyanate to give the title compound; mp 161°-170° C.
