Following the procedure of Example 21, 1.62 g of 7-amino-6-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)-2-(3-dimethylamino-propylamino)-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine from Example 27 was reacted with 0.48 g of t-butyl isocyanate to give the title compound; mp gradually dec above 130° C.
