Vorschrift

3-Isocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane (12.4 g, 50 mmol) is added dropwise over a period of 25 minutes to vigorously stirred 3-aminopropyltriethoxy-silane (11.6 g, 50 mmol). After sixty minutes, the exothermic reaction is complete yielding a white waxy solid with the following structure: ##STR7##
