Vorschrift

To a solution of Example 27B (50 mg, 0.192 mmol) and triethylamine (29.2 mg, 0.288 mmol) in dichloromethane (1 mL) was added 2-(trifluoromethyl)benzene-1-sulfonyl chloride (47 mg, 1.92 mmol). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 16 hours. The mixture was purified by chromatography on silica gel (ethyl acetate/hexane=4:1) to give the title compound. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 0.80 (m, 2H), 0.92 (m, 2H), 1.84 (m, 2H), 2.09 (m, 1H), 2.22 (m, 2H), 2.33 (m, 1H), 2.52 (m, 1H), 2.78 (m, 1H), 2.99 (m, 1H), 3.64 (m, 2H), 3.82 (m, 1H), 5.25 (m, 1H), 7.92 (m, 2H), 8.15 (m, 4H); MS (ESI) m/z 469 (M+H)+.
