Vorschrift

1-Benzyl-4-phenyl-piperidin-4-ol (0.45 g, 1.69 mmol) in DCM (20 mL) was cooled to −78° C. Diethylaminosulphur trifluoride (2 mmol) was added and the mixture stirred for 0.5 hour and allowed to warm to room temperature. The mixture was diluted with DCM and washed with water, dried over magnesium sulphate, filtered and the solvent removed by evaporation under vacuum. The oil was used without further purification. LCMS m/z 270.3 [M+H]+. R.T.=2.87 min (Analytical Method 4).
