The title compound was prepared from the compound of Example 13 in a similar manner to the compound of Example 2 as a white lyophilised powder (99%). δH NMR (d6 DMSO), 8.73 (2H, m), 7.78 (1H, dd, J 4.3 and 1.5 Hz), 7.61 (1H, m), 7.50 (2H, m), 7.18 (1H, s), 7.05 (1H, d, J 8.2 Hz), 4.58 (1H, m), 4.00 (2H, t, J 8.3 Hz), 3.23 (1H, dd, J 14.1 and 4.8 Hz), 3.06 (3H, m), 1.50 (10H, br m); m/z (ES+, 70 eV) 480 (M+H)+.
