Vorschrift

To tert-butyl 1-methyl-8-(phenylsulfonyl)-1,3,4,8-tetrahydro-2H-[1,4]oxazepino[6,7-e]indole-2-carboxylate (Intermediate 41, 1.5 g, 3.4 mmol) dissolved in EtOH (50 mL), 2 M NaOH (10 mL, 20 mmol) was added and the reaction mixture was heated at 70° C. for 2 hours. The EtOH was removed under reduced pressure and the water phase was extracted with DCM (2×100 mL). The organic layer was collected, dried (MgSO4) and evaporated to afford the title compound (0.98 g) as a yellow solid. MS m/z 303 [M+H]+.
