Vorschrift

Palladium on carbon (10 mol %, 5 mg) was added to a solution of alkene 27 (24 mg, 0.065 mmol) in MeOH (2.0 mL). The flask was evacuated and refilled with hydrogen (3×), and the reaction mixture was stirred vigorously under a balloon of hydrogen for 5 h. The mixture was then filtered through celite, washing with MeOH (5 mL) and the filtrate was concentrated in vacuo to afford 24 mg (99%) of the title compound (29).
