Vorschrift

4-[5-Iodo-6-(cis-4-trifluoromethyl-cyclohexyloxy)-naphthalen-2-yl]-4-nitro-pentanoic acid methyl ester was synthesized as per 4-[5-iodo-6-(trans-4-trifluoromethyl-cyclohexyloxy)-naphthalen-2-yl]-4-nitro-pentanoic acid methyl ester (Example 281) in 51% yield, using 4-nitro-4-[6-(cis-4-trifluoromethyl-cyclohexyloxy)-naphthalen-2-yl]-pentanoic acid as the starting material.
