(2R) 2-Hydroxymethyl-4-{5-[1-(4-hydroxy-2-trifluoromethyl-benzyl)-1H-indazol-5-ylmethylene]-4-oxo-4,5-dihydro-thiazol-2-yl}-piperazine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester was prepared from 2-Ethylsulfanyl-5-[1-(4-hydroxy-2-trifluoromethyl-benzyl)-1H-indazol-5-ylmethylene]-thiazol-4-one and (2R) 2-Hydroxymethyl-piperazine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester following General Procedure C.
