Vorschrift

Compound 16 (0.72 mmol) in dry THF (6 ml) was added dropwise to LiAlH4 (1.95 mmol) in THF (2 ml) under argon at 0° C. The reaction mixture was stirred for 20 minutes. The reaction was quenched with water and 10% NaOH was added, and extracted with ether. The organic layer was washed with brine and dried over Na2SO4. After filtration the solvent was evaporated and the product purified by flash chromatography using EtOAc as an eluent.
