Vorschrift

8-(4-Cyclobutyl-piperazin-1-yl)-9-cyclopropyl-6,6-dimethyl-11-oxo-6,11-dihydro-5H-benzo[b]carbazole-3-carbonitrile was added with 1.05 eq. of 6 N hydrochloric acid and DMSO and dissolved therein. After freeze-drying, the mixture was crystallized from ethanol containing 25% water to give 8-(4-cyclobutyl-piperazin-1-yl)-9-cyclopropyl-6,6-dimethyl-11-oxo-6,11-dihydro-5H-benzo[b]carbazole-3-carbonitrile monohydrochloride salt.
