Vorschrift

To a solution of 15-1 (100 mg, 0.37 mmol) in THF (10 mL) was added lawesson's reagent (153 mg, 0.38 mmol) and it was refluxed for 3 h. The reaction mixture was concentrated and purified by gradient elution on silica gel (0 to 50% EtOAc in petroleum) to afford the title compound (93 mg, 92%). LRMS (ES) calculated M+H for C12H21N3O2S:272.4. Found: 272.2.
