Vorschrift

The title compound was prepared from 2.06 g (7.06 mmol) of 7-N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-2-(trifluoromethyl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-α]pyrazine (Example 2, Step A) and benzyl chloromethyl ether essentially following the procedure outlined in Example 2, Step B. Purification by flash chromatography (silica gel, 5 to 10% ethyl acetate/hexane gradient) gave the title compound as a white foam. LC/MS 357 (M+1-tBu).
