Vorschrift

Dissolve 6-[3-(2,2,2-trifluoroacetyl)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[d]azepin-7-yloxy]nicotinamide (0.306 g, 0.806 mmol) in 7.0 M NH3 in methanol (10 mL). Seal the round bottom and allow to sit without stirring. After three hours, concentrate to give the title compound (0.22 g, 100%): MS ES+ 284.1 (M+H)+; HPLC [YMC-Pack Pro C-18 (150×4.6 mm, S-5 microm), acetonitrile in water containing 0.01% concentrated HCl at 1.0 mL/min, 30-99% over 19 min], tR=1.2 min, 93% purity.
