Using a procedure similar to that described in Example 1, except using 2-amino-3-(4,6-dichloro-3-methoxy-2H-indazol-2-yl)-2-methylpropionitrile (30 mg, described in Example 116) and 4-trifluoromethylthiobenzoyl chloride, the title compound was isolated as a white solid (42 mg, 83%). MS (ES): M/Z [M+H]=503. 1H NMR: (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): 1.75 (s, 3H), 4.12 (s, 3H), 4.94 (d, J=6.5 Hz, 2H), 7.17 (d, J=1.2 Hz, 1H), 7.62 (d, J=1.1 Hz, 1H), 7.86-7.91 (m, 2H), 7.93-7.99 (m, 2H) and 9.03 (s, 1H). 19F NMR (376 MHz, DMSO-d6): −41.9 (s, 3F).
