The title compound was prepared from (R)-3-((S)-1-(4-bromophenyl)ethyl)-6-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-(3-hydroxypropyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one following procedures analogous to those described in Example 313 Steps 3 and 4 using 4-bromo-2,6-dimethylpyrimidine in Step 4. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.073, m/z=464.1; 1H NMR (CD3OD) 1.21 (m, 1H), 1.48 (d, 3H), 1.82 (m, 2H), 2.15 (m, 1H), 2.23 (m, 2H), 2.38 (m, 1H), 2.46 (s, 3H), 2.62 (s, 3H), 3.08 (m, 1H), 3.39 (m, 2H), 5.51 (m, 1H), 6.95-7.08 (m, 4H), 7.21 (m, 2H), 7.51 (s, 1H), 7.83 (d, 2H).
