Vorschrift

A mixture of benzaldehyde (0.0094 mol) and trimethylsilanecarbonitrile (0.01 mol) in CH2Cl2 (50 ml) was stirred for 20 minutes. Compound 37 (0.0022 mol) was added. The mixture was stirred overnight. The solvent was evaporated, yielding 2 g of [2S-[2α,4α(S*,R*)]]-α-[[2-[4-[4-[4-[4-[[2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl)-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl]methoxy]phenyl]-1-piperazinyl]phenyl]-4,5-dihydro-5-oxo-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl]-1-methylpropyl]amino]benzeneacetonitrile (compound 122).
