Vorschrift

5-(5-Ethyl-2-methyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridin-3-yl)thiophene-2-sulfonyl chloride is reacted with morpholine as described in Step 5, Example 24 to give the title compound as a solid (57.4% yield). LC/MS: RT 2.72 min; m/e 369 (M+H); 1H NMR (δ, ppm): 11.8 (1H, s), 7.6 (1H, d); 7.4 (1H, d); 7.3 (1H, d), 3.7 (4H, m), 2.95 (4H, s), 2.4 (2H, q), 2.36 (3H, s), 1.05 (3H, t).
