Vorschrift

5-(5-Ethyl-2-methyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridin-3-yl)thiophene-2-sulfonyl chloride is reacted with 3-hydroxypyrrolidine as described in Step 5, Example 24 to give the title compound as a solid (48.8% yield). LC/MS: RT 2.42 min; m/e 369 (M+H); 1H NMR (δ, ppm): 11.8 (1H, s), 7.6 (1H, d); 7.38 (1H, d); 7.2 (1H, d), 4.92 (1H, br s), 4.2 (1H, s), 3.38 (4H, m), 3.07 (1H, d), 2.4 (2H, q), 2.32 (3H, s), 1.8 (2H, m), 1.08 (3H, t).
