Vorschrift

A solution of 2 g (8.11 mmol) 5-bromo-2-chloromethyl-benzoxazole in 30 mL DMF is combined with 2.24 g (16.22 mmol) K2CO3 and 0.9 mL (10.78 mmol) pyrrolidine and stirred for 24 hours at RT. The reaction mixture is diluted with water and extracted with EtOAc. The organic phase is dried over Na2SO4, the desiccant is filtered off and the filtrate is evaporated down.
