Vorschrift

A mixture of 3-bromo-N-((2-methylpyrimidin-5-yl)methyl)-5-(pyrrolidine-1-carbonyl)benzamide (25 mg, 0.059 mmol), 5-methyl-2-(tributylstannyl)pyridine (40 mg, 0.10 mmol), tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(0) (5 mg, 0.0043 mmol), and toluene (1 mL) under nitrogen was subjected to microwave irradiation at 120° C. for 1 hour. After cooling, the mixture was diluted with water and extracted with EtOAc. The combined organic layers were dried over Na2SO4, and concentrated. The residue was purified by flash chromatography to afford the title compound as a white solid.
