Vorschrift

5-Chloro-1-(5-methanesulfonyl-pyridin-2-yl)-3-trifluoromethyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile (70 mg, 0.2 mmol) and triethylamine (40 mg, 0.4 mmol) were dissolved in dry dichloroethane (1.5 ml) and potassium fluoride (0.35 mg, 0.6 mmol) was added to the solution. The mixture was stirred at 20° C. for a period of 48 hours. Analytical HPLC indicated the reaction completion. The mixture was purified directly by preparative TLC to provide the desired product as white solid. MS: 414 (M+H); r.t.: 2.6 min.
