Vorschrift

To a mixture of 2-(5-chloroisochroman-1-yl)-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole (50 mg), allyltributyltin (69.9 mg), CsF (70.6 mg) and bis(tri-t-butylphosphine)palladium (3.24 mg) were added dioxane (2 ml) and DMF (0.5 ml). The reaction mixture was degassed with N2 and heated in a microwave oven for 30 min at 160° C. The title compound was purified by applying methods F and G. (Yield 5.8 mg).
