Vorschrift

To a solution of 230 mg of N-[1-(R)-diethoxyphosphoryl-3-phenylpropyl]-L-leucine benzyl ester in 5 ml of 95% ethanol was added 50 mg of 10% Pd--C, and the mixture was stirred under an atmospheric pressure of hydrogen at room temperature for 3 hours. The Pd--C was filtered off, and the solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure to yield the title compound as a colorless oil (190 mg).
