The title compound was prepared from 5,5-dimethyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-benzo[b]oxepin-9-ylamine and (2,5-dichloro-pyrimidin-4-yl)-[2-(propane-2-sulfonyl)-phenyl]-amine in an analogous manner to Example 179. Product was isolated as a tan foam (42 mg, 70%). LCMS (m/e) 501 (M+H); 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 9.53 (s, 1H), 8.58 (d, 1H, J=8.3 Hz), 8.20 (dd, 1H, J=5 Hz), 8.17 (s, 1H), 7.92 (d, 1H, J=7.8 Hz); 7.85 (s, 1H), 7.66 (dd, 1H, J=7.8, 8.6 Hz), 7.28 (m, 1H), 6.95 (m, 2H), 4.03 (t, 2H, J=5 Hz), 3.24 (m, 1H), 2.08 (m, 2H), 1.70 (m, 2H), 1.39 (s, 6H), 1.31 (d, 6H, J=6.8 Hz).
