The title compound was prepared by condensation of Intermediate 15 (350 mg, 1.012 mmol) with 2-cyclobutylmethoxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde (330 mg, 1.501 mmol) in the presence of sodium ethoxide (146 mg, 2.147 mmol) in ethanol (15 ml) according to the procedure described in Example 24 to give 292 mg of the desired product as an off-white solid; 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 1.80-1.90 (m, 5H), 2.00-2.08 (m, 2H), 3.77 (s, 3H), 3.83 (d, J=6.9 Hz, 2H), 6.80-6.87 (m, 2H), 6.91-6.99 (m, 2H), 7.40-7.46 (m, 4H), 7.51 (d, J=4.8 Hz, 1H), 7.99 (d, J=3.6 Hz, 1H), 8.12 (d, J=15.6 Hz, 1H); ESI-MS (m/z) 529.13 (M+H)+.
