Starting from 2-chloro-5-oxo-6,7-dihydro-5H-5λ4-thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)-(3-fluoro-phenyl)-amine enantiomer 1 and 1-(4-(methyl-sulphonyl)phenyl)piperazine, Example 202 may be prepared as described in Example 28 (see scheme 2, step C, 2.1.3). Analytical HPLC-MS (method D): RT=1.24 min.
